Woodland Reset Day
A Day to Step Away, Slow Down & Recharge
Do you spend much of your time caring for others?
Whether you are a parent, carer, or in a supportive role, James and Julie warmly invite you to pause,
breathe, and relax into a restorative woodland reset day.
Set within a peaceful private woodland in the beautiful Shropshire countryside, this adult-only retreat offers space to step away from daily pressures and reconnect with both nature and yourself.
The day will be hosted by James of Spirited Adventure, an experienced outdoor instructor, alongside Julie of Inner Wild Counselling, counsellor and ecotherapist. Together, they will create a calm and supportive environment where you can slow down, reset, and reconnect.
Who Is This For?
This day is designed for adults who spend much of their lives caring for others.
Many parents, carers, and supportive adults spend their days constantly “on,” with little time to properly pause. This experience offers:
This is not about productivity or performance, it’s about restoration.
What to Expect
Throughout the day, participants will enjoy:
Group sizes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 12 adults split into two groups of six, helping maintain a calm and personal atmosphere.
What Participants May Gain
By the end of the day, participants often leave feeling:
No previous outdoor experience is needed — only a willingness to slow down and give yourself permission to rest.
